From backstage to professional sound
CR Sound was born from a lifelong passion for audio production. Growing up backstage in theatres, I was immediately captivated by all the production equipment. My journey into sound began with guitar, experimenting with amps and effects. This fascination continued through middle school and high school, where I joined the tech crew, running all school events and mixing musicals. My dedication led to an early acceptance to Metalworks Institute of Sound and Music Production, solidifying my career path. I graduated with honours from the live sound program at Metalworks and immediately began working, finding gigs wherever I could.
